I’m Varun. I build products with AI, and I spend a lot of time on what happens around the model. The answer can be good and still never reach the person who needs it. The interface can look finished while the rule underneath it is wrong.
That work takes me from a tailored interview in Neeed to a guest order in Vividish, or the next turn in a shared household in WGTakt. I move between the screen and the implementation until they tell the same story.

Build the thing.

I use detailed prompts as working briefs: describe the situation, name the part that is failing, and make the expected behavior concrete. Then I inspect what was built. Sometimes that means looking closely at a screen. Sometimes it means tracing a model response through a parser or checking what a scheduling rule does at the end of a month.
The journal keeps those steps together. You can read the original request, see the product, and follow the decision into implementation. Reviews and unfinished experiments stay labeled that way.
These stories are edited from my development notes. The dates belong to the work; the writing looks back on it. Screenshots carry their capture dates and development context. Creative experiments show their original outputs.
