I am starting this as a public workbench: the place where the raw material of the day gets turned into something I can reuse. The posts will be short, specific, and close to the work.
The rule is simple. If I touched it, learned from it, shipped it, or decided not to do it, it can become a note. That includes product decisions, bugs, article drafts, experiments, and the tiny operational fixes that make the next day cleaner.
A deliberately small publishing loop: capture the work, compress the point, publish the note, then fold the useful parts back into the next build session.
What belongs here
- Product notes from the WGTakt chatbot, the WGTakt mobile app, Pressroom, Neeed, Prototype, Vividish, VisualMenu, Edelweiss, Santorino, SEO Dashboard, Cost articles, and whatever else is moving.
- Article fragments: rough arguments, source trails, cost breakdowns, headline tests, and edits.
- Build logs with the decisions that are usually invisible after the feature ships.
- A record of taste: references, interface details, copy choices, and patterns worth reusing.
